What is “my” Goal in your 6 Week Challenge?
We do many things untraditionally. And this includes the process you’ll undergo when starting with us. The first 6 weeks are crucial. The body and mind will be challenged in multiple disciplines relating to health and fitness and this includes fitness/training, nutrition, and being accountable. We believe there is POWER in PATIENCE, and building your foundation right from the start. All that’s needed is you take our hand and are willing to show up with us :).
